There is a known issue at Yahoo!Mail's end of things, where delivery to addresses @yahoo.com may sporadically be delayed for anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. This problem seems to come and go periodically, and we've had a number of reports indicating the problem has cropped up again recently; when it occurs, only some messages may be delayed while others may get delivered immediately. Unfortunately, once our system sends the message and the receiving mail server confirms it accepted the message, it's out of our hands to influence or monitor actual delivery of the message to the recipient's inbox.

When you reply to explain this to concerned buyers, first suggest they check in their Spam folder and mark the message as Not Spam if they find it there. If not, you can go to your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log, right-click on the affected buyer's Transaction ID and select "Copy Link Location/Address/Target/Shortcut" (the exact wording varies by browser), then paste that link into your reply to the buyer, thus providing them with a link to their thank-you/download page. There's a chance your personal reply may also be affected by the delivery delays at Yahoo!'s end, but it also could be one of those that gets through immediately, so it's at least worth a shot.

10 months later

We have been having massive delays for the last couple of months with yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.com and btinternet.com. We have found that the delays take upto 3 days.

Has anyone else experienced this?

We haven't received any other reports of that lately, but Yahoo!mail delivery delays have become so common that maybe people have just grown accustomed to it.

I was going to look in your E-junkie Transaction Log to see whether we were actually receiving payment confirmations and processing your orders in a timely fashion, but it appears you posted here from an account other than the one you may be using to sell with E-junkie. If you could post here while logged into your regular E-junkie seller account, we'd be glad to take a look at your Transaction Log to verify whether there was some delay in processing the payment/order vs. just a delay in email delivery after we sent the email.
