Looks like some glitch has cropped up with our system, apparently since ~6am this morning (MST / GMT-7). This is causing a variety of issues including invalid download link errors, E-junkie Shops coming up 404 Not Found, products not getting listed in our Dashboard when you try to view/edit them, etc. These symptoms suggest our database may be unavailable, probably locked-down as a safety precaution to prevent data corruption when our redundant DB servers get out of sync for any reason.

I have referred this to our DevOps team for a fix. No ETA on a resolution as yet, but I'd expect it should be sorted within the day, maybe just an hour or two. Further updates will be posted here as we know more. We apologize for the trouble and thank everyone for your patience and cooperation while we get this sorted out.

This should now be resolved. As suspected, it was a database issue; seems like one of our DB servers hit a snag and locked the DB to prevent data corruption, just needed a manual reboot, which appears to have resolved all reported problems. Our Sysadmin will be investigating further what particular snag triggered the DB lock, to avoid a recurrence in the future.

Thanks again to everyone who reported the problem to us, and for everyone's patience and cooperation while we sorted it out, with our apologies for the trouble.
