We have now reduced the per-MB component of our fee to send an Update of free download links to previous buyers. For each recipient, we will now charge only 0.1 cent ($0.001) per MB of the file uploaded to the product (previously 0.4 cent/MB), bringing this into line with our current bandwidth costs to deliver the download to all recipients.
