Our service was unavailable for about fifteen minutes, from approximately 10:15 am MST to 10:30 am, but everything looks to be back up now and we're looking into the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We're still working on it, it seems like there was a power outage where our servers are physically located which caused everything to reboot. When we know exactly what happened and that everything is back to full speed we will let everyone know.

Everything should be back up to full speed now with the exception of viewing transaction logs -- that will take about half an hour more.



It looks like this was due to a big power failure at the location that hosts our servers, which is the kind of thing that they are supposed to have backup measures against. We'll be taking that up with them but we don't expect to see something like this again in the future.

It looks like transaction logs are still unavailable, when they are back up we will let everyone know.

I also have been a victim of the service failure and on that day the transaction logs were unavailable and as what have been told to us not fulfill the promise.

Diono, I'm not sure what you meant by, "what have been told to us not fulfill the promise"? We have long since fully recovered from this power outage that occurred over two months ago, so if you're experiencing some sort of issue with our service currently, that would be unrelated to the outage, and we'd be glad to help you solve your current problem.
