We experienced a brief service outage this afternoon, as we installed some new equipment and implemented related hardware enhancements and reconfigurations in our datacenter provisions to improve our future reliability.
All of our hardware and systems are now fully cross-redundant with automated fallback/switchover protocols to eliminate the potential for any single equipment failure to cause a service outage in the future.
