We had a service outage on Wed16Apr2014 lasting ~45 min. which has been resolved as of about 10 minutes ago. This outage was apparently caused by an upstream networking issue that Development became aware of as soon as it cropped up. I am awaiting a followup report from Development with further specific details, but our service should be fully restored now, with our apologies for the extended inconvenience, and thanks for your patience and understanding.
