Resolved: We have experienced a system issue which affected PayPal APIs and PayPal Website on the PayPal Live Site. During the time of the incident PayPal Merchants may have experienced an issue as described below.



PayPal classic APIs may have resulted in error 10001 "Internal Error"

PayPal REST APIs may have resulted in HTTP 500 "Unknown Error" errors

PayPal Adaptive APIs may have resulted in error 520002, "Internal Error"

Accessing https://www.paypal.com may have resulted in error message "Sorry, your last action could not be completed" or "An error occurred while processing your request."



This issue has been resolved as of Jan 28, 2015 12:58 PM MST.
