It appears PayPal had an IPN outage overnight, which is now resolved:

We depend on receiving Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) from PayPal confirming completed payment and returning the order details back to us, so we can then process the order accordingly. If we don't receive IPN for a given order, our system has no way of knowing the order was actually placed (rather than, say, abandoned at checkout) and thus cannot process it.
IPNs delayed by this outage should have been sent by now, allowing us to finally process affected PayPal orders, with our apologies for the unavoidable delay.
If you're still seeing any completed payments in PayPal that don't appear listed in your E-junkie Transaction Log, that indicates we haven't processed that order. In this case, you can check the IPN status in your PayPal account's IPN History and have them resend any Failed IPNs -- see this troubleshooting page and skip down to Part C, Step 2 here for instructions to do that:
If you have any trouble with those steps, you could also just fulfill any affected orders for digital items manually from your E-junkie Dashboard under Manage Buyers > Send Free Download Link/Code to issue the buyer their link or digital code. In this case, it may also be a good idea to copy the affected Transaction ID from your PayPal account for that buyer's payment, then paste that ID into your E-junkie Dashboard under Manage Buyers > Block Buyers/Transactions, so we won't process that order if PayPal ever finally resends the Failed IPN.
