PayPal has posted notice of the following issue with PayPal Express Checkout, which may affect PayPal account-based checkouts for sellers using PayPal Payments Pro or the PayPal for Digital Goods checkout flow.
Sellers using PayPal Payments Standard and card-based Direct Payment checkouts for sellers using PayPal Pro should remain unaffected.
Sellers using PayPal Pro may wish to bypass this issue by temporarily switching from PayPal Pro to PayPal Standard in E-junkie Seller Admin > Payment Preferences. Doing this would disable the card-based checkout option in your cart, but should allow PayPal account-based checkouts to proceed without any errors. Once we post a followup here to confirm that PayPal has resolved the issue, you can simply re-switch back to PayPal Pro in your Payment Preferences.
