Our DevOps team is working to resolve an emergent back-end issue that has temporarily disabled access to the E-junkie Dashboard, Shopping Cart, and card-based Checkout.

For now at least, Buy Now buttons/links using PayPal checkout appear to be unaffected, and orders should still be getting processed normally if buyers are able to pay for them. If need be to satisfy buyers unable to purchase, you may be able to cobble together a Buy Now link as follows:

https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?c=single&cl=YYYYYY&i=XXXXXX

...where you'd replace the YYYYYY part with your E-junkie Client ID, and replace the XXXXXX part with the Item Number of the relevant product. You may be able to identify those numbers by looking at your existing Add to Cart button codes and finding what comes after the &cl= and the &i= parts of those button URLs.

We'll followup here as more details become known and when we have the issue resolved.

Our Devs have now restored access to E-junkie Dashboard, still working on our Shopping Cart and card-based Checkouts.

At least this means that, rather than cobbling together a Buy Now link as described above, you can now obtain a Buy Now Text Link from your Dashboard under Manage Products > Get Purchase Button Codes, where you'd select the product from the menu at the top, then below that select the Buy Now button/link type, then below that select PayPal as the checkout method, then copy the Text Link provided there and paste that into a personal message to the buyer.

This issue was resolved as of 4:00am MST/PDT (GMT -7) this morning.

Our DevOps team report the issue was due to database corruption, which was automatically detected causing the lockout of access to our Dashboard, Shopping Cart, and card-based Checkouts, in order to prevent further corruption.

Repairing the affected databases took some time and induced high load on our DB servers, which temporarily caused frequent 504 Gateway Time-out responses on any attempt to reach our site or purchase button/link URLs until those repair routines could finish.

We apologize for the disruption to our services and thank everyone for your patience and cooperation while our staff worked overnight to correct the problem.

Thank you for your work. I was up when it happened and submitted a ticket. You guys were on it quick and worked all night getting solved. I really appreciate it.
