Looks like PayPal IPNs are getting delayed. Again. This time, it's also affecting subscription payments, so some of you may have upgraded your subscriptions but did not see your limits upgraded immediately as would otherwise normally happen. You would not be charged at the higher rate until your next regular subscription payment is due, but the instant upgrade in plan limits have been delayed due to the IPN delays.
