We are pleased to announce open beta testing for our new Admin Dashboard! We now have a consolidated page where you may opt-in/-out for any of our beta updates currently open for testing. Once you log into our Admin panel, you can access your beta preferences here: https://www.e-junkie.com/ej/beta_features.php71

Our current Admin and the new Dashboard will share the same login session -- if you're logged in for one, you're logged in for the other as well, so feel free to switch between them as you wish; however, whenever you switch from one to the other, it may be a good idea to force-reload the page -- hold the Ctrl key on PC or Shift key on Mac while you click Reload -- to make sure the one you're on has all the most current data loaded.

After we launched our new site design last year, the next stage was redesigning our Admin panel, so we took the opportunity to modernize and improve the Admin layout and navigation, and add some new functionality while we're at it. Refinements will be ongoing during this beta phase, but we wanted to give you ample time to explore it and offer your feedback before we make this the new standard interface for all our clientele.

Navigation links to reach the various screens are now presented in a sidebar menu or, on mobile devices, in a menu you can view from the typical 3-line "hamburger" icon [☰]. These links are grouped into the same categories as before; just click a category to expand its links. The home screen on initial login also provides buttons for important and frequently-used functions, such as adding/editing products; you can reach this home screen anytime via the Dashboard menu item.

NEW! The Analytics menu item provides a graph of your total, converted, and abandoned carts in the past week or month, charted by your choice of earnings or transaction volume. We're still optimizing performance for this, so for now please be patient the first time you view your Analytics graph in any given login session; subsequent views in the same session should be quicker as the data is cached.

If you spot any layout glitches or encounter any bugs in behavior with the new Dashboard, please don't hesitate to report that to Support:

We have now rolled out a new update to our Admin panel, replacing the early beta announced above. This is actually a revision of our classic Admin, refitted with some of the better ideas from the early beta, such as the sidebar navigation links, 1-2-3 step homescreen, and Analytics charts. The setting in New Features to enable/disable the beta Admin for your account will now simply switch you between the new (sidebar) vs. classic (all links on one screen) navigation styles.

As before, if you spot any layout glitches or encounter any bugs in behavior with the new Dashboard, please don't hesitate to report that to Support:

Our new Admin Dashboard interface is now out of beta testing, so as of the latest revision we have promoted it as the standard Admin interface for all users.

For those accustomed to our old Admin, you will find all of the navigation links from the old main screen are now listed in the left-hand sidebar menu, using the same order, wording, and grouping as before. On small screens such as mobile devices, you can display this sidebar menu via the typical 3-line "hamburger" icon [☰].

A major benefit of this is new sidebar menu that it allows you to jump to any screen you wish, regardless of which screen you happen to be viewing -- no more need to click Back to Admin just to find the screen you want. Upon login, the new Dashboard home screen provides easy access to the most commonly-used functions, recent transactions, and most-sold products; you can reach this screen anytime by clicking Dashboard in the sidebar

All link groups in the sidebar menu are now expanded to show all the links by default, but you can collapse (or re-expand) them all by clicking the ʌ or v widget next to the Dashboard item in the sidebar. When a group name (e.g. Manage Products) is collapsed, just click it to expand the links in that group.
