Today at 12:45pm MST (PDT/GMT-7) our sysadmin resolved an issue that caused one of our two mailservers to sporadically but increasingly fail at sending email starting from about 11:11pm MST last night, ultimately affecting up to 50% of our outbound email until we identified and corrected the problem.
It appears the missing emails were not backlogged, so you can regenerate any missing emails for affected buyers from your E-junkie Transaction Log. Just view your log and click the Reactivate Links button for each affected transaction, tick the box to Resend thank-you email(s) to original buyer, and click Submit; this will reset and send the very same link we originally generated for their transaction.
