The domain list-manage.com is for a MailChimp server, and the URLs returning this error are for a MailChimp integration method that they stopped supporting a few years ago, though apparently many integrations already set up with these old URLs continued to work for some time, up until now. All this error notification means is that MailChimp is no longer accepting buyer info via this old integration method; our system is otherwise processing affected orders normally (issuing links, sending emails, logging the order details, etc.)

If you are no longer using MailChimp with E-junkie, you can simply delete the obsolete notification URL from your E-junkie settings, depending on the Subject of the notification emails:

  • Subject: Server not notified for [Transaction ID here]
In Seller Admin go to Manage Seller Account > Edit Preferences > Webhooks & Integration and delete the Common Notification URL there.

  • Subject: Server not notified for item_name "[Product Name Here]"
In Seller Admin go to Manage Products > Edit Products and select that product name, click View/Edit Product, then scroll down to the Webhook Integration section and delete the Product Notification URL there.

If you do wish to continue using MailChimp integration, we recently rolled out a new integration using their latest supported method, which this help page explains how to set up:

Wow guys! Thank you for this note.

I do not use MC, but am very glad you send this sort of notice.

Very helpful.

So I just went through the linked "Integrate E-Junkie with Mailchimp" page and I made sure that I had followed all of the steps. My API keys and default list were properly populated, but then again, they were before. So I'm not sure what changed in Summer 2018 in regards to how I need to have it configured on my end in order to not get the Error 307 notices.

Again, I do want to have MailChimp add anyone that opts in to purchases, whether during checkout or on the thank you page.

You just need to delete any obsolete MailChimp URL(s) from your E-junkie Webhook notification settings:
