I am using 2co and paypal and just got an email from a customer that they placed two orders, none of which is showing up anywhere. What are the possible reasons for this?
I have checked and double checked to make sure I follow each step to the tee so I am not sure what else to do but to choose not to use e-junkie and go back to manually processing orders.
