I am using 2co and paypal and just got an email from a customer that they placed two orders, none of which is showing up anywhere. What are the possible reasons for this?I have checked and double checked to make sure I follow each step to the tee so I am not sure what else to do but to choose not to use e-junkie and go back to manually processing orders.
I think we've already replied to your email on this topic, at which point the two sales you referred to were appearing in your E-junkie Transaction Log, indicating we did process the orders for those payments.
KK. Next problem I am having is that the discount feature is not applying the stated discount to my paypal transactions.
