Hey guys.......

I am currently setting up a store to sell some digital products (mainly eBooks and design templates). So far, I’m really enjoying how simple the platform is to use, but I want to make sure I’m getting the most out of it. I’ve got a few questions on how to optimize my setup to better suit digital products:

  • What’s the best way to configure instant download links for customers after they purchase? Is there a way to ensure they get their link via email as well, just in case they miss the post-purchase page?

  • I’d love to offer special promotions from time to time. Is it easy to set up discount codes in E-junkie? Are there any best practices for creating codes that only apply to specific items rather than the whole store?

  • What’s the best method for tracking sales performance? I want to understand which products are performing well and if there are any tools or integrations within E-junkie that can help me track that better.

  • Lastly, if any of you have experience offering customer support for digital downloads, how do you manage requests for lost download links or any other common issues?

I also check this: https://www.e-junkie.com/forum/t/quick-query-regarding-digital-products-and-yearly-access-subscriptions/8149 But I have not found any solution. Could anyone guide me about this?

Thanks in advance

Respected community member!

To address your questions in order:

-By default, when a buyer makes a sale, we send them one or more fully customizable email messages to confirm their order and deliver crucial information such as any download links or digital codes they'd purchased:

-When setting up a discount code, you can simply select the "Item Unit Price" option to apply a discount to a specific product:

-Your main Dashboard page will display your most sold products, as well as a list of your most recent transactions. You will also have your Transaction Log, which is a permanent record of your sales history, which can be exported in a tab-delimited .txt format, allowing you to import your records into a spreadsheet app of your choice for further record keeping and analytics.

There are additional sales tracking options outlined on the following Help page, with a few caveats explained in further detail on that page:

-We do offer several Help pages for sellers to guide them in assisting buyers that may encounter download issues. The most common issues are covered on the following pages:

Regarding your last question, we have no way to support recurring payments/subscriptions from buyers at this time. As explained in that thread, our links are mainly designed for one-shot purchases where the buyer pays and then claims their download.
