Hey guys!

Pretty much, it can get tiring having customers write us every couple days about needing a link to download their products because their computer crashed.

I think the best solution would be to somehow implement user accounts on my website, but I'm wondering if that's something that is possible with e-Junkie.

Here's what I'm thinking of:

After the user buys a product, they'll get directed to an Accounts page. That page will either ask them to log in to download their product (and the product would automatically be in their account) or they would have to first create an account, then log in to download the product.

Does that make sense? Is there a way to do something like that with e-junkie? If so, could you point me in the right direction?

Unfortunately something like that is outside of the scope of our capabilities.

You could have us export order data to something you set up to create a customer database of your own though, to create logins for previous buyers and provide them a way to access past purchases through that, but any file delivery issued through that database would have to be handled by you, we wouldn't be able to provide our links for anything other than new purchases.

Yea yea, I don't mean that you guys would create the database and log in feature. I meant is it possible for me to create my own log in system, but somehow connect that with e-Junkie so that when people purchase, that information automatically links with my system.

From the second part of your answer, it sounds like something like that is indeed possible.

How do I export order data? Is it with the Payment Variable Information Url feature? If so, I currently have mine with a link from Aweber, so it can connect Aweber with e-Junkie. How would I have it send information both to me and Aweber at the same time?
