Since ejunkie is a leading tool for selling electronic items on ebay I think ejunkie needs to ad a higher level of protection to its service.
Allow the seller settings to not allow a transaction to take place if, for a few idea:
1 - eBay member is newer then 30 days (x number of days)
2 - PayPal payment address is not confirmed
3 - PayPal buyer is not verified
4 - Ebay buyer rating is 0 feedback (below an x feedback)
etc
Adding these things would take ejunie to the next level and not wait for PayPal to protect us.
And if anyone things PayPal protects sellers they are wrong. Better look into it more if you think that.
Digital delivery is NOT protected under PayPal polices.
We can protect ourselves with a few of these settings/flexibility in ejunkie and also push eBay/PayPal to provide some more info to help implement these feature a little easier for automation purposes.
