I host my (large) files on AWS and use e-junkie to provide the download link(s). My customers are reporting slow connection speeds and download time-outs (which uses up their download attempts), but this is most often with IE.
I'm able to download my products via the e-Junkie URL on Safari (I'm a Mac user) with no problems. When I tell my customers to try Firefox or Chrome, the problem is usually resolved.
What's going on with IE that is causing this problem? As much as I hate IE, I don't want to tell my customers which browser to use to get their purchases.
Thanks.
