Hey all,



I'm a total newbie to e-junkie and I am so confused. I have a simple PDF ebook for sale and have checked that there are no shipping and handling charges selected through my seller admin, but when you go to purchase the book it automatically comes up with $6.95 S&H on the Paypal checkout page.



Can someone please let me know if I am missing something really obvious or if you know how I can get rid of this?

Hello,



We've checked your account and there are no shipping settings enabled there, but if you are using a Buy Now button to sell via PayPal then PayPal might be adding their own shipping settings onto the order. Removing any shipping settings from your PayPal account should do the trick.
