I have had two customers download my ebook and they say that when they open the file, it says it cannot be opened. How do I check to make sure the file I uploaded is good? Could there be another reason they are getting this message? It is an adobe file.

We deliver the file exactly as you upload it. The only reason they'll be unable to open a downloaded file is is they don't have the required software (in your case, Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other PDF viewer).
