I uploaded a file for a product which I want to remove. How do I do that?
To remove an uploaded file in your E-junkie Dashboard, you can use Notepad or TextEdit to save a tiny .txt
file containing just a single character and upload that to replace the product's current uploaded file:
- Go to Manage Products > View/Edit Products;
- Select the product and click View/Edit Product;
- Under the Digital Delivery section, click the Replace Product File button to open a file-uploader window;
- Select your tiny replacement file to upload;
- If you don't want the product to issue download links at all anymore, also untick Single File Download;
- Click Submit to apply changes.
