Our eBay integration can only integrate with a single eBay account on a single country's eBay site. Accounts on separate countries' eBay sites—e.g., ebay.com and ebay.co.uk—are technically separate accounts, even if they use the same eBay Seller ID and sync some information in common between them.

That said, items from a single eBay account on a single country's eBay site can appear listed for sale on multiple countries' eBay sites, without relisting them separately from a seller account on each country's site—see this eBay help page about selling internationally.
