i started to run ads on google for my website www.besserenoten.info,

but i didn´t test the ebook download myself or asked friends to download it.



so my first customer bought and downloaded the ebook yesterday (which is good) and since then (that´s what i assume at the moment) the shopping cart is always empty, when you click on the "bestellen sie jetzt" button (which is bad).



i emptied the cookies and i wrote a mail to the customer service (but they don´t answer).



so maybe this is a very typical problem and the solution is easy?

which would be great, because the ads are running at the moment...
