I set up my account at e-junkie for PayPal Payments Pro without realizing I have to go thru an application approval process at PayPal. So I have customers using the features of PayPal Pro without it being set up! If they pay with PayPal Express (standard way using their PayPal account) then there is no problem. If they try to use the Credit Card they get an error message. So I need to turn off the PayPal Payment Pro ability at e-junkie. The new site went live and the "Edit Payment Preferences" link on my Admin page is GONE!!



How can I access this very important part of e-junkie.com?

Josh just got back to me - this is not selectable/ changable on the EDIT PROFILE link in your Admin account. Bottom Righ option to change payment method.

Glad to hear you got it sorted out, sorry for any confusion; I'll be working on updating our Help pages today. The new Admin has reorganized some Profile and Preferences settings to be more rational, so as you found, all payment account-related settings are now collected together in Edit Profile, and other general preferences are now collected together in Edit Preferences.
