We had to make an emergency move of our server to a new host yesterday. The site's back up, and the order taking is working fine. We get the email from eJunkie about a new purchase, and the buyer gets confirmation. The money flows into our account through PayPal ... but the license file is not generated.

To create a license file, your server talks to our server, and for some reason, that's failing. But as far as we can tell, it's failing completely silently -- no entries in our logs here, and I don't see any way to view logs (not the purchase log, but more of an event log) on e-Junkie.

Can someone help us out? None of our buyers are getting their licenses, and we need to figure out what's breaking.

thanks;

Hi Rob,

Please feel free to email us at support@e-junkie.com for more urgent matters, we clear both our email queue and the forum of all contacts in less that 24 hours but we tend to start with the email queue first.

All of your products are set to send a post-sale notification to a specific address when purchased, and that is still happening.

Our system will not retry if your server does not respond and we don't log that, but we will send you an email with details about the error. If your server has not been responding since the move you should have an inbox full of such messages. If you aren't getting those emails then your server is responding, but we could not tell you what it is doing with the data we're sending.

As it turns out you were emailing us when I was responding here. I just tried responding to your email but all of our messages to manytricks.com are bouncing back which might also explain why you haven't been getting any error messages regarding this issue.

Is there any way you can force update your DNS tables? We've been back online for over 24 hours now, and most other places are seeing us.

Both Google (8.8.8.8) and OpenDNS (208.67.222.22) track our new domain, for example.

thanks;
