I've been trying for hours to get a product to overwrite (just trying to update a prouct).



I get to just over 50% on the upload and it just stops and I get a message that the connection is lost. The file is only 18 mb so nothing huge. My connection isn't the fastest in the world, but I have uploaded a bigger file to another site today without problems.



Am I doing something wrong or is anyone else having problems? is there anything I should try or check?

The problem may be that you only have about 11 MB of space left in your account, so you may not have enough "breathing room" to upload the new file before the old file gets deleted. In the file uploader window, first use the Delete button to remove the old file and free up that space, then see if you can upload the new file.

I am trying to upload a mp4 file that is approx 438 mb and the length is over an hour long. I left if to upload (in Safari as Firefox would not even start to upload - just gave me an error message)

Originally it said it would take 2 hours - then it went up to 9 hours - I left it over night and it seemed to have frozen with 2 hours still left to upload!!



What am I doing wrong?? Please help
