Two shipping options international?

Is it possible to have multiple shipping options?



I offer free shipping in the US.



I'd like to be able to have my international customers be able to choose flat rate priority or flat rate international express.



Is this doable?



Any help would be great.

Yes, you can define shipping rules that can apply to orders based on the shipping destination country specified by the buyer, and if more than one rule applies to an order, the buyer will be offered a choice of rates:
