When attempting to reactivate links, e-junkie says, it is not recognized, but the transaction ID is pulled directly from the logs. I have tried the paypal transaction ID and the internal E-j Internal Txn ID.



Is there a time limit that it is recognized...even though it's still in the data download?

Make sure you are using your PayPal Transaction ID for that order, not any PayPal Transaction ID provided by the buyer, nor an Invoice ID, nor E-j Internal Txn ID. PayPal issues different Transaction IDs to the buyer and seller for the same payment, but our system only ever sees the seller's Transaction ID.
