I have received 2 of these today. Can you tell me why fraud was suspected? This particular customer has been a loyal customer for years.

That can happen if this was an echeck payment and if you have increased the product price after the sale but before the payment cleared.

You can use Admin > Send Free link feature to send the product to this client.

If prices are changed on our end before a payment clears it generates a customer fraud warning?

Are there any other ticks/tips you can outline similar to this to avoid getting fraud warnings from valid customers?

Yes, as the price check fails. The same applies if you change currency or your PayPal email.

Ok so the payments still continue on with paypal with or without fraud warnings.

But it is ejunkie that stops the processing of the item. Seems like a good idea since we can then handle it ourselves.

Yes

2 months later

I just process a legitimate order from a client that successfully paid via Google checkout. I have the funds, the order is good, but e-junkie hasn't handed me the info for my database.

I do actually real shipping, not downloads. How can I turn this order's info on?

Thanks!
