Hi,



I'm trying to make my life easier by sending the transaction data automatically to a database.



This works as expected except for 1 thing: I lose all the "special" characters like é, à , ...



Anyone any idea how to resolve this ?

Are you storing the data in a database, or are you writing it to a text file or are you emailing it?

I'm storing it into a database (access for now). I see that it is already wrong in the database itself.



I'm guessing my encoding is wrong somewhere, but I have no idea whichone to use.

I believe that .NET uses UTF8 internally, so it should work. No ?

Can't really say. We are all linux guys here :(



But we are passing UTF-8, that much I can assure you.
