I am new to e-Junkie and considering it for a client (seller) who sells training classes. Each class has a maximum number of attendees, making a class an inventory item. The purchase of a "ticket" reduces the inventory by one. This is neither a tangible nor digital item - the tangible item is the "ticket," for all intents the customer receipt.
I have some questions.
1. Regarding pricing, is the number of products determined by the number of products currently in the catalog or by the number that have been there since the beginning? In this case, once a class has been presented it needs to come out of inventory, so it would be deleted or, alternatively, revised to represent the next session for that class.
1a. I assume that a "class" can be "closed" by reducing the inventory quantity to 0.
2. For now all my client needs is an email documenting the purchase. I am assuming that both the seller and the customer get an email.
3. I'm not quite sure I understand unique coding. Can a unique code be added that is included with the notifications to both seller and customer?
Thanks.
