I have now just had a purchase of the my LP and even though the transaction went through on paypal neither i nor the customer received a download email and on trying to activate his links from your backend saw that the purchase was not registered at all.

I have used your facility for a couple of months now with no issues and cannot understand why this has suddenly happened. Do you have any ideas? I've checked all settings and configurations and they are as they have always been.

What info do you need me to send to you to track the problem down?

If the sale did not register with E-junkie at all, the most common cause for this is that PayPal did not send us the IPN.



If you send the transaction ID and the date of the payment to the customer service they can confirm that by checking the server logs.
