Restaurant food delivery issues

Hi everyone.



This site is for a client.



It's unique in several ways:

1. This business is in Grenada so it isn't on the drop down menu of countries

2. Residents don't have house numbers in Grenada, only building descriptions and street names.

3. This business is a restaurant and is only open certain days and times so users shouldn't be able to order when it's not open or have a place for a day and time they would like their order.

4. This business will only serve the local area

5. They will offer free delivery or pick up

6. They need to be able to collect an address if they choose a delivery option



I'm not sure how to address these issues, or if I've chosen the wrong software. Please let me know if you can help. I'd be happy to help anyone with web design or internet marketing issues in return.
