I'm trying to have a product purchased through PayPal and then a redirection to a web page stored on my site. For some reason E-Junkie says it's waiting on confirmation that the payment has been received, which it has. An email is never sent to the buyer as well. In addition, I went to my PayPal account and within my Profile, Auto Return is set to Off, Payment Data Transfer is set to Off and Encrypted Website Payments are set to Off. I have the $10 a month E-Junkie Account.



My settings are as follows:



Select you product's requirements:



* Redirection

* Let buyers edit quantity in cart

* Email Message - Thank you, etc.



More Options

* Redirection URL - www.eai.com/tutorial_1

* Download Link Validity (1) hours (0)



Addition I just changed my settings in PayPal to Auto Return On and Payment Data Transfer to On and the same thing happens:-( I keep getting the following message when I make the purchase:



The payment processor has not yet informed us about your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as they inform us about the payment.



If required, any information related to this order will be emailed to you. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam filter or bulk email folder.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Do you know if you have IPN settings enabled in your PayPal account? It sounds like we're not getting the transaction information back from them once the transaction is completed.



You can check this in your PayPal account by going to My Account > History > IPN History. PayPal may allow you to resend the IPN from there.



If your IPN History shows your IPNs are Disabled go to My Account > Profile > Instant Payment Notification Preferences > Edit IPN Settings, where you should choose to Receive IPN Messages (Enabled) and enter this Notification URL:
