I am not sure what you mean by "my form" but E-junkie does keep a track on your inventory if you have enabled that for your product.

For digital downloads, the buyer only needs 1 of each file.

Is there a 'cap' of 1 per product?? I dont think 'we' need the hassle

of refunding or complaint emails that the buyer has purchased 2 of the same item.

Mind me if this answer is on the site. I just joined and still treading new ground.

If there's info on this matter please direct me to it.

So far, this is a life saver for me and plan to subscribe once I get it all figured out.

Thanks!

Ronnie, not all digital products require only "1" quantity. Some merchants sell software or phone cards and buyers want more than 1 codes sometime.

Even for ebooks, if a corporate is placing an order to buy an ebook for their organization, they buy multiple copies.

Also, quantity in our cart only increases when buyer manually enters the number and presses the update button. If buyer simply presses the ADD TO CART button twice, we don't increase the quantity .. so there is no chance of a buyer "accidentaly" buying 2 of your product.

Thanks Junkie... :D

I have seen that in the meantime and I'm content with that.

Still playing after all day long. I should be subscribing shortly.

So far... Happy camper
