The product description of my ebook when searched under affiliate programs shows the first description and not the updated one. When the product is clicked the product description shows the updated on. Any thought I how I can change this?

Try pressing CTRL+F5 on the page that doesn't seem to be updated properly, it is possible that your browser is showing an older cached version of the page. Forcing a fresh reload should fix it, then.

Same result. Affiliates are seeing the same old description. In addition, when they search with the product name the description and price are wrong. Just as before when it is clicked it reads the corrected description.
Is there a way to verify product numbers to make sure the right one is coming up.
If you're just looking at search results, our site's search function is provided by Google, which only revisits our site every week or so to update their search indexes. Thus, it may take that long for Google to notice your product's page has changed. If you click through to the actual product page and see the correct details and price there, that confirms everything's up to date at our end.
