After a customer purchases a product, their confirmation email is not displaying the custom product info. I've used the tags:

[%on0%]

[%on1%]

[%on2%]

[%os0%]

[%os1%]

[%os2%]



In the email, the tags show up exactly like above - the custom values aren't plugged in. Any ideas? The product page is here: http://uova.org/blog/members/become-a-member/adult-membership

Check the product's settings and confirm you have Enable Templated Email checked.
