I've created a local pickup option as a shipping option. So a customer can either select free shipping or pickup at our office.



I see it in the email order confirmation that I receive but not in the transactions log?



Where can I find that back in the transaction logs or in the download of the transaction logs?

Presently, the buyer's chosen shipping method is only reported in your Sale Notification email. If you're using our custom/3rd-party Integration method, the shipping rule ID, calculation method, and description would be transmitted to your script URL as well:

Development has now added a Shipping Method column to our Web-based Transaction Log views, showing the Shipping Description (if configured), Calculation Method, and Shipping Rule # applied to each order for shipping. Unfortunately, we could not add this information to our downloadable Transaction Log files, as too many of our existing clients depend on the existing format of that log file remaining exactly as-is.
