I have uploaded all my products already. I am now trying to add another product which is a package of the other products. When I go to add the package the box appears to select the products but it is blank. How to I choose my products to add to the package?

Are you tracking the inventory on those other products? Tangible goods that do not have an inventory value to change in E-junkie won't show up in the window to select products for the package.



But that's okay, because if you are not tracking the inventory you don't need to do anything special in our system. If you want to sell Product A and Product B together without tracking inventory, simply create a Product C and ship both A and B together for any buyer that selects C.



Do the products you want to bundle together have variants/variation options for different sizes and colors, etc? A packaged product won't list those options with its button so you may wish to not to combine those products together in a single package.

I checked your products and none of them are listed as downloads. You will need to edit them and set them up as downloadable products and then you will be able to create the bundle product you want. To do this go to Seller Admin>View/Edit/Delete Products, select a product and click Edit. On the first page, on the left side add a check mark for the option Single File Download. After that click Next until you can Submit the changes. You will need to repeat this for your other products as well.

Ok, thanks that did it. I thought I had the single file download checked when I uploaded them but evidently I did not.

Always remember to click the Submit button to save any changes you make -- you may need to click Next through a series of screens before you get to Submit. I am thinking perhaps you'd enabled Single File Download which reveals the Upload Product File button allowing you to upload a file, but then after uploading you'd simply gone back to Admin without clicking Next until you could Submit your changed settings for that product, so the product stayed with Single File Download disabled.
