I have a customer who purchased an electronic download on the 18th August using an eCheck.

I received an email from e-junkie letting me know there was a pending payment.

PayPal completed the transaction on the 20th and sent me an email.

However, I have received nothing since from e-junkie and the transaction appears nowhere on my e-junkie log (even when I search for email address, surname, transaction ID or invoice number)

The customer has not been sent the download link- how can I 'activate' this and why does the transaction details not appear anywhere?

Please see this page for the most common reasons why a PayPal payment may not be processed by E-junkie:

If only one or a few sales failed to get processed, but most of your other sales since then have been processed by E-junkie just fine, then the most likely problem is that PayPal failed to transmit an IPN to our system confirming those particular payments. PayPal was having some IPN problems on the 20th in particular, which we posted about in our Service Status & Updates forum here:

Since we depend on receiving IPNs to be informed about actual sales to process, there is nothing we can do if PayPal drops the ball and loses an IPN, which does rarely happen. For download purchases, you can use your Seller Admin > "Send free download link" to satisfy concerned customers.

Thank you.

I think that's exactly what it was- it was on the 20th that the payment was cleared.
