I want to know clearly of a cooperator's records of the number of certain sold books. Can I do it? I can get her permission without a problem.

Hello,

There are no ways within our system to access another person's account or sales records for security reasons. But if you are working together she can download her those records and provide you with that data.

Another possible solution if you are working together is to set her account (or just the specific products involved) to export the order data as it comes in using our third party integration feature:

http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.integration.htm

That can be used to send order data to a form-handling script on your site or to a location you both have access to so that you can review everything together.

If you're sharing revenue with a partner or supplier (or if you're the partner/supplier of a seller who uses E-junkie), this related discussion explains some methods the seller can use to calculate sales revenue/volume and/or notify the partner/supplier of sales for their product(s):

Thanks for the infos. But what kind of locations counts in this case? Can a blog work for it?

Thank you! I'm wondering on one point that whether the transaction log can be modified easily and without marks by the seller herself? I mean if the log is modified, can I be informed?

Our custom/third-party Integration feature would just transmit the raw order data from the seller's account in our system to an external script, which would be programmed to do whatever you wish with that data (e.g., storing it in a database that you and the seller could both view through a web-based interface).

Sellers cannot modify their transaction log at our end and cannot modify the order data transmitted by our custom/third-party Integration feature.

Sellers cannot modify their transaction log at our end.

But since my cooperator seller are in different location with mine, she will only be able to send me a log to show her sales data. I'm afraid I will be deceived by her if she modify the log. I won't be qualified to see the transaction log at your site end...

E-junkieGuruThis is why, in the related discussion we linked above, we suggested having the seller set things up to email you a notification with the raw order details every time your product(s) are sold:

Yes, I've read that above. I suppose that after she add my email address as an accessary email, if she modified the set again, I'll be informed, right? I hadn't considered it this way, until I got the thought.

If the seller makes other changes to the product it won't turn off the setting that sends you a notification, that would have to be done intentionally.

I mean if the seller cancelled my email address from her settings, will I know it by an email?

You would not be notified if the seller removes the extra email notification setting from their account or products.

Frankly, if you believe the seller is so untrustworthy that they would try to cheat you out of your agreed-upon cut of sales revenue, perhaps it would be best to sign a written contract with them which would allow you to sue them for breach of contract if they do so, or simply not enter into partnership with them at all and sell your own books directly without their involvement.
