I keep trying to change my logo/banner

it is 726 x90 so fits the requirements.



I upload and get a message confirming file is uploaded.

When I go back to look at it..it's my old file. I deleted my old file and did it again..same thing.



I don't know what else to do..the file seems to be the right size...and ejunkie confirms the upload..and then does not reflect this change.



Help?

After uploading a new logo/header file, you may need to wait about 15 minutes and then refresh the page where the logo is displayed; if you still see the old logo then, you may need to force-refresh the page in your browser by holding Ctrl (on PC) or Shift (on Mac) while you click the Refresh/Reload button.

NOPE...I TRIED THIS ALL months ago...and now two nights in a row...the old logo keeps coming up. I DELETE it...and it still comes up. I am not sure how to refresh in that screen, its a pop up page..to Edit Profile..........with a button to ADD/DELETE a logo...Not sure what i'm doing wrong...the size of the file is according to requirements..still not working. Old log..still there.

it worked this time..very odd. There was nothing on the page...and there is no REFRESH button on that pop up screen..so i used CTRL R and that did it..sorry. thanks again for your help!

Just to clarify, the issue isn't with getting the old logo deleted from our server or getting a new one uploaded to it; the real issue is that your browser keeps showing you a cached copy of the page with the old logo that it had saved from a previous visit. Force-refreshing the page in your browser tells it to ignore the cache and reload the page and everything on it completely fresh from the server.
