E-junkie does not sell any products, nor do we operate or manage any Affiliate programs; we only provide software services for our Merchants to manage their own online sales and Affiliate programs themselves.
Think of us like the online equivalent of a cash-register factory. If you are dissatisfied with something you bought from a store, or with some marketing agreement you had with the store's owner, there would be no use in contacting the factory that made the brand of cash-register their cashiers use in their store; instead, you would complain to the store management itself.
We only provide the brand of "online cash-register" they use to accept sales orders, so our name appears on the "receipt", so to speak. But we are not directly involved in their business activities at all. If you had purchased something from them and are dissatisfied, you should verify the contact info from your Merchant's email or Web site and contact them directly regarding their products and services. If you cannot gain satisfaction from the Merchant directly, we would recommend that you engage the Resolutions process offered by your online payment processor (PayPal/Google/etc.).
