Hello,

I was wondering if there is anyway to limit a customer to a certain amount that they can purchase? I am sending stored codes to customers once they make a purchase and am worried that a user with a stolen paypal account or credit card can take advantage by buying many at one time.

Thanks

If you go to Seller Admin>View/Edit/Delete Product you can Edit your product and make the changes you would need to.

Remove the check, if there, next to Let Buyer Edit Quantity in Cart. When you click Next, the following page will have an option to Limit Product Sales. The number you enter in will be as many as a buyer can purchase.

However this will not keep them from coming back and placing more orders if they want.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately I was hoping there was a way to limit them from returning again and making another purchase.

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing who buyers are until they've already completed checkout, so we can't block them from placing another order, but you can have our system ignore and refuse to process their order after payment -- just enter their name or email address in E-junkie Dashboard under Manage Buyers > Block Buyers/Transactions. Then you can just refund any affected buyer's payment from the payment processor account where you received it (e.g. PayPal).
