I've searched the forum but can't find any info. I am accepting both paypal and google checkout. Is it use both and still have e-junkie automate download? If so, how do I set it up with google checkout? Thanks.

Yes, you can offer both PayPal and Google Checkout, and let each buyer decide which one they wish to use. See our Google Checkout integration instructions here:
