Is there a limit to how many variants I can add I would like to use drop downs and text fields

You can have 3 price affecting ones and 3 non price affecting ones.



Non price affecting ones can be dropdowns or textfield.



Price affecting ones can only be dropdowns.

Is there a site with a many examples of variants being use that I can look at?



Both textfield and dropdown?



If there are no example for me to look at then can you explain what the textfield would be used for?
