Hello,

I have been selling with e-junkie for a month and when doing my taxes, I have noticed that e-junkie is not telling Paypal the country of the buyers that purchase a digital (PDF) file. I do need this info because I need to pay tax over all European purchases.

However, the only way I've found that E-junkie will actually tell Paypal the address of the buyer, is by clicking 'Shipping/Buyer's Address" in the product listings for the PDF file.

BUT.. E-junkie will then start to charge my customers with shipping costs for the PDF files which should not happen, because the PDF file is emailed and not shipped.

I have shipping settings for everything because I also sell fabrics worldwide.

How do I make e-junkie tell Paypal the buyer's address, but not charge shipping costs over digital files?

Thank you.

You do not need to enable Shipping/Buyer's Address for download products if you only need to know the buyer's country of residence.

You can download your Transaction Log to a file that you can unzip and open in any spreadsheet program such as Excel, where you will find the Buyer Country listed in the final (right-most) column for every sale:
