Hello,



I want to upload some large files, I got message - (Max. filesize: 500 MB. For bigger files, please use our external hosting feature) - I assume this is the ftp I seen some place on the site but can't find it again.



Can you please direct me to to correct help informaiton.

Our upload function can only handle files of up to 500MB. If you are subscribed to a digital-products plan of $18/mo or higher, you can store the files on your own Web server instead of uploading them to ours, then just specify the Remote Product File URL in the product's settings.

Thanks, I moved my plan to 18.00 one so I could use remote host, it will make life easier that way for large files.

I'm on the $18/mo plan... but where is this "Remote Product File URL" section that you speak of? I don't see it in the Product Settings. Also, can multiple file URLs be linked to a single product?

When you add/edit a product in Seller Admin, tick the Single File Download checkbox in the first screen of the product's settings, then click Next to reach the next screen where you should find the Remote Product File URL field, just below your link-expiration attempts/hours settings. Always remember to click Next until you can Submit to save changes.
